12.12.04 - (maybe the last update for 2004)

Scooterhelp.com has been upgraded to a 100GB transfer bandwidth in an effort to stop it going down by the end of the month.
Pictures of a Lambretta J50 Special have been added to the J50 model page.
I found a Jet Board board manual and have posted the Jet Board engine manual as well, which can now be downloaded.
An older large frame Vespa clutch removal page has been added.
Pages on bearing removal and installation have been added for older Vespa large frame rear wheel bearings and main bearings.
A page on rebuilding & testing the older type oil mixer for large frame bikes has been added.

Another Jet Board has been added to the registry and the Jet Board home page has been updated with images of eight boards in great condition, found together in Lake Havasu, AZ.
A picture of a MotoVespa 125S has been added.
A page on how to install old style legshield badges (emblems) has been added.
Pictures of Vespa 150 Super (VBC) casings have been added to the casings page.
Pictures of a Vespa 150 Super (VBC) crank have been added to the cranks page.
A small frame cut crank has been added to the Vespa cranks page in the tuning section (at the bottom).
The Pre P-Series motor pages have been updated with new pages on how to replace the flywheel side oil seal and clutch side oil seal.
A Vespa 98 parts manual has been added. Cool to see how the first production Vespa was put together.

A site search engine has been added to search scooterhelp.com. Currently it is linked to most pages by clicking in the "scooterhelp" banner but some pages are missing the link. A more obvious button will go up soon...

Many Douglas service manuals have been added including the GL2 service manual, the 42L2 & 92L2 service manual, and the 152L2 service manual.
A Lambretta Vega J50 owner's manual has been added (sorry but only in Italian).

The site has been down the last few days. Apparently I reached my bandwidth limit. The bandwidth has been increased so it should be back up. All the Vespa barrel kits in the tuning section now have timing, bore, stroke, compression, and recommended main jet specifications from the manufacturers.
The Lambretta flywheel side bearing and oil seal installation page has been updated to cover GP bikes and the LI/SX/TV bikes.
